KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES Safety Ambassador: Proactively connect with guests and team members to create a secure, welcoming environment where safety and well-being come first. Threat Spotter: Stay sharp and observant to identify potential security risks before they become issues. Service with Security: Deliver friendly, service-oriented interactions while maintaining a calm and confident presence. Protocol Pro: Confidently implement essential security procedures to keep operations smooth and guests protected. Solution Seeker: Tackle challenges quickly and effectively with smart, safety-first solutions that reflect our commitment to excellence. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a safety and security role or a related field is preferred but not required. Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, including applicable background checks, per State requirements. CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HIS. AHLA Certified Lodging Security Officer certification completed within 30 days of hire.
