About the roleCustomer Support Specialistresponsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust.ResponsibilitiesEnters Customer Orders and addresses price discrepancies/contract issuesEnters credit memos and coordinates return authorizations with minimal support Enters Customer Complaints/Feedback in ITS and proactively collects additional data needed for investigation of complaintProactively reaches out to customers to secure ordersManages Customer PortalsResponsible for key account transactions and participates in meetings with assigned key accounts and account managerSupports Key Accounts and Account Managers with opportunity for limited face to face customer visits Management of conflict resolution (autonomous)Communication and Management of delays with customer/planning/logistics (rescheduling/re-planning critical loads) Demonstrates fundamental level of contracting concepts such as balances, sales forecastingAssists with training new customer support team membersAbility to manage on-boarding of new customer account relationships collaboration with sales account managers   About youHas substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
