We are seeking certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide high-quality, reliable support to seniors and individuals in need throughout the Albany, NY area.Job SummaryAs an HHA/PCA, you will provide essential care and companionship to clients in their homes or assisted living settings. Your support helps clients maintain their independence, comfort, and dignity.This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.Provide support with meal preparation, feeding, and following dietary restrictions.Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals.Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or mental condition.Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing, etc.Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings.Offer companionship, emotional support, and a safe, positive environment.Required Skills & QualificationsHHA or PCA certification (training available for those not yet certified)Experience in senior care, home care, nursing homes, or assisted living preferredStrong time-management skillsAbility to lift, transfer, and support clients safelyExcellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and care teamsCompassionate, patient, and dependable demeanorAbility to maintain confidentiality and follow care plans accuratelySpanish language skills requiredWhy Work With Us?We pride ourselves on being a supportive, professional, and communication-focused care agency committed to work-life balance.
