We also offer flexible schedules, generous paid time off, and a healthy work-life balance.Position Overview:As our Business Systems Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind how our systems run You'll lead the Systems Analyst team to implement, configure, and optimize enterprise software-making sure everything works seamlessly and supports our business goals. From turning data into actionable insights to coordinating with IT, business units, and vendors, you'll create smooth, efficient processes that keep our organization running at its best.Your Responsibilities:Lead and inspire the Systems Analyst team to perform at their best, grow professionally, and help drive the credit union's goals. You'll also address performance issues promptly and fairly.Oversee the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of key enterprise applications-including our core banking system (Fiserv DNA), digital banking platforms (Q2), loan origination systems (MeridianLink), and other critical tools.Make sure our systems run efficiently, stay compliant, and provide a smooth experience for users.Partner with business leaders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure our systems align with strategic objectives.Be the go-to expert for complex system issues and serve as an escalation point when challenges arise.Coordinate with vendors for system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track and successful.Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and change management processes.Ensure all systems comply with regulatory requirements, security standards, and audit practices.What You'll Bring to the Team: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in business systems, systems analysis, or application management within financial services; credit union or banking experience is strongly preferred.2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a proven ability to inspire teams and support professional growth.Strong knowledge of core processing systems (Fiserv DNA preferred), digital banking platforms, and loan origination systems.Experience managing multiple projects and delivering business-focused technology solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Join the Kohler Credit Union Team - Apply NowApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
