Overview Reports to: Director, Agile Project ManagementFunctions Supervised: NonePrimary Functions: Responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality product solutions that support key business strategies. Guides a cross-functional development team through all phases of the product development process, from discovery through development to product launch. Applies agile frameworks and project management best practices to ensure predictable, high-quality releases. Responsible for creating agile plans, reporting status to management, resolving project-level issues, and leading an effective Product Delivery Team (PDT). Contributes to process improvements within their team and supports Agile maturity across the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the PDT through all phases of the development process for assigned projects.Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure rhythm, transparency, and continuous improvement.Identify and implement continuous improvements within the team.Proactively identifies and addresses issues that impact achievement of team commitments.Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders, escalating major risks as necessary. Maintain a project repository of historical and current project information.Maintain a register of all project agendas, minutes, decisions, risks, and mitigations.Facilitate team meetings and other day-to-day activities as required by the team.Promote a collaborative, team environment and remove obstacles to progress. Shield the team from external interferences and ensure focus on priorities.Coordinate with external consultants and third parties under supervision, ensuring they meet their project obligations.Recommend and implement improvements to project management and product development processes within own team.Partners with the Product Owner to communicate product vision and priorities, fostering a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree in technology, engineering, business, management, or finance-related field. Certification in one or more industry standards such as CSM, CAPM, or equivalent strongly preferred.Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent technical education and/or related work experience.Experience/Skills: At least Two years’ experience in Information Technology or related field, with exposure to Agile practices and project management processes. Proven ability to facilitate and coordinate project work streams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in project coordination preferredTenure: Assignment to Agile Project Manager (Category 07) and Senior Agile Project Manager (Category 06) will be determined by the candidate's education or experience. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidate's certifications and/or performance. Compensation Salary Pay Range:Agile Project Manager (Category 07): $90,389 - $152,718 annuallySenior Agile Project Manager (Category 06): $100,331 - $172,572 annuallyStarting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
