Epic Healthcare - NOW HIRING: Regional Director of Labor Management Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing labor management in healthcare? We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Labor Management to oversee workforce efficiency and staffing operations across our nursing home facilities in New Jersey. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement labor management strategies to optimize staffing levels and improve efficiency. Monitor and analyze labor costs, overtime, and productivity to ensure compliance with budget goals. Collaborate with facility leadership to address staffing challenges and maintain high-quality resident care. Provide guidance on scheduling, time management, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. What We’re Looking For: Prior leadership experience in labor management, scheduling, or staffing in a healthcare setting (nursing home experience preferred). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with labor laws, scheduling systems, and workforce optimization strategies.
