For immediate consideration, please call our Recruiting Manager at 973-935-3087 or Click the link below to applyhttps://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/a9be75e74b5a42fb978f35e528c24fa6 Walk-Ins ARE Welcome75 South Orange Avenue, Suite 203, South Orange, NJ 07079 Responsibilities:- Build meaningful relationships with your client- Provide companionship in a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone- Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes- Ensure safety and supervision of your client- For Driver’s be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and errands Candidate Requirements:- MUST have an ACTIVE New Jersey HHA Certification- MUST be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID-19- Two (2) forms of ID: Driver's License, Social Security card, etc.- Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or Chest X-ray- MUST be able to pass a criminal background check- For Driver’s: Valid driver's license, your own reliable automobile, proof of registration & auto insurance - Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player- 1+ year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not requiredIf you are looking for an opportunity to work with a high-quality growing agency, consider a job with Homewatch CareGivers of South Orange.
