Great independent agency seeking to add a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to their large market commercial lines team.
Qualifications:
Work with Account Manager(s) or Team Leaders to assist in the issuance, renewal, change/update, endorsement and/or modification of policies on assigned accounts Perform data entry work not limited to applications, spreadsheets, insurance legal documents, mailing labels, form letters and other related documents Manage and distribute insurance legal documents including, evidences of insurance, certificates of insurance and automobile ID cards to clients Manage assigned documentation from paper to electronic form including bar coding and scanning Provide technical assistance to Producers, New Business Marketing Managers or Commercial Account Managers as required Maintain company procedures in documentation and maintenance of client information in EPIC database Assist in the underwriting process including ordering and researching reports and records as required for placement of new and/or renewal businessRequired
Active 2-20 or 4-40 license. Strong Excel skills.$40,000-$50,000 plus great benefits
