Your Job The GPXpress Team with Georgia-Pacific is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Sales Support Specialist with a robust background in customer service, sales coordination, and account management. Experienced in supporting sales teams by efficiently managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, and providing valuable insights through detailed reporting. GPXpress is responsible for partnering with our sales organization to provide superior service, drive sales of products and partner with our customers to create profitable long-term growth for GP. Location: This hybrid role is based in Green Bay, WI. What You Will Do * Market Sales Support: Assist Market Sales teams in the day-to-day management of key accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. * Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights that support account strategies. Generate regular reports to track account performance and identify opportunities for growth. * Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between Market Sales and internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication and fulfill client requirements. * Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within account management operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account activities using CRM tools and systems. * End User Support: Provide comprehensive support for the end users of GP Pro products through emails, phone calls, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user inquiries and issues. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * 2 years of experience in sales support or related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) * Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Willing to travel up to 10% What Will Put You Ahead * Experience with CRM systems like salesforce.com * Experience in roles supporting sales teams or managing strategic partnerships * Demonstrated success in supporting business implementations * Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field OR equivalent work experience At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
