Pay: $58,000/year (negotiable based on experience) Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: The Licensed Therapist works as a staff member of the Student Services / Education Team. Primarily responsible for providing therapeutic services to students and their families. This position reports to the Clinical Director and/or Director of Student Services or other designated supervisor. When under the Education department, reports to the Principal. To be considered you should: Possess a Master’s Degree and licensure in the field of mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required; One (1) year of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.). Current staff must have Youth Care 101 and Essential Subjects Training Completed. ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must be able to meet the requirements of an ROP-eligible driver, including having a valid Driver’s License Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Evenings, Overnight and Weekend hours as needed) Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
