OverviewInpatient and outpatient, with some occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed for IP/Swing bed only. POSITION SUMMARY:The Occupational Therapist assists patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment. Performs examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills. Includes gathering information from the patient chart, patient and family, or other source as appropriate.
