We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for sales-related activities, leveraging our extensive lead generation system and CRM to maximize your success. No insurance knowledge is required for this position. We provide leads to our sales staff and do not require cold calling. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and bonus. Our intuitive CRM software (InsuredMine) automates all follow up communication to leads leaving more time for the agent to focus on the call. We have virtual assistants for all of our sales staff that take care of post binding paperwork and other administrative duties.Candidates do not need to have their insurance license in order to apply for this position. We will pay for 100% of licensing cost.
