Position Responsibilities: Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and conceptsDevelop, document and maintain system requirements according to customer desires and contract requirementsAnalyze, translate and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycleTest and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirementsCoordination among other engineering disciplines to ensure technical rigor on IPT scopeParticipate in technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with certification standardsPerform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties' quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission successSupport the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) managements, and technology readiness assessment processesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer scienceThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
