Shift Leader responsibilities include: Opening and closing the store by following a list of tasks assigned for each day. Lead by example on and off the sales floor. Helping maintain a clean and well organized store, exceeding customer expectations. Assisting management and ownership with running the store. Excellent customer service, inventory management, housekeeping and all other in-store tasks. Answer phone calls Team player with good leadership and people skills.
