Soar Autism Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our interdisciplinary team, dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our focus is on early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA therapy aligned with principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). The highlights: Hybrid flexibility: Youll have 1 guaranteed telehealth day each week, with the potential for up to 2 telehealth days depending on local center needs. The remaining 34 days are in-center, supporting your clients and collaborating with your team.Exclusive training: Soar uniquely invests in ESDM training for BCBAs, setting you apart as a clinician. Career growth: Clear advancement pathways to Local Clinical Trainer or Partner Clinician. Team-based care: Work closely with SLPs, OT, psychology, and medical services colleagues. As a Soar BCBA you will: Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.Collaborate on treatment plans and conduct standardized assessments.Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM (our clinical leaders will teach you the approach, it is okay to be new to it)Oversee ~78 clients and coach a team of behavior techniciansConduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progressBuild strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
