The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. California Pharmacist Registered upon hire. When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license. Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS). Preferred Qualifications: 1 year - Acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent experience. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency. Why Join Providence?
