The program requires push-in academic support from 8: 30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), focusing on strengthening Math skills for students in Grades 3–5. Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field. Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training.
