Learn more at www.hearthfireplacecreations.com Key Responsibilities Perform fireplace and accessory installations according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines.Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and safety protocols.Review and follow project documentation, including installation manuals and internal procedures.Assist clients and builders in successfully executing projects from start to finish.Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to ensure jobsite efficiency.Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects company values and client expectations.Take responsibility for jobsite cleanliness, material organization, and timely completion of assigned tasks.Other duties as assigned to support project success. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in construction or a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude.Punctual, dependable, and committed to craftsmanship.Positive team-player who communicates effectively and takes direction well.Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the company.No specific certifications or licenses required.
