Your efforts will contribute to maintaining an efficient, clean, safe, and orderly branch operation that benefits our employees, customers, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all branch operations to ensure the achievement of desired resultsUphold our culture and adhere to policies and procedures set by Executive ManagementStay informed about new products and changes to existing productsSupport and participate in promotional and advertising initiativesExecute and support daily tasks, such as order entry, answering phones, purchasing products, deliveries, end-of-day procedures, sales tax errors, and pricing/profitabilityFocus on delivering exceptional customer service and embrace opportunities to expand the market and/or market shareRequirements:Solid knowledge of managing a distribution center in the LandscapeEducation or experience in managing a multi-million-dollar business of this type, with relevant and current knowledgeProven success in building strong relationships with vendors and customersCommitment to leading and developing staff, while providing excellent service throughout the branch operationHigh-performance levels, demonstrated through successful leadership and leading by exampleProficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and follow-up skillsForklift experience helpful; Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a repetitive/as needed basisBilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not requiredKnowledge of an ERP system, preferably Agility software (not required but highly preferred)Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving recordAuthorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of timeAble to pass a criminal and driving background check and a pre-employment drug testWe offer a dynamic work environment where you'll have the chance to develop, grow, and flourish professionally as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock ownership, paid time off and paid weekly.
