It is our hope that you will become the newest member of our team ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnswers incoming phone calls; operates telephone system to receive incoming messages and records guest messages and relays them to the appropriate partiesAnswers guest questions regarding facility and surrounding areaActs as a sales member for promotion of internal events, dining and packagesPromotes outstanding customer relationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year prior experience in guest service capacityExcellent guest service skills; attentive and detail orientedAbility to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with both guests and co-workersMust have basic math skills with the ability to accurately handle cash and process sales transactionsPrior computer experience with Microsoft office and e-mail, point of sale system experience preferredAbility to create a positive and upbeat work environmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONSThis is a sedentary position, and ergonomic workstation and frequent breaks will be provided.
