We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. If you can’t wait to get started, apply todayCompensation:$70,000 - $150,000+ commission basedResponsibilities:Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Contact customers through leads, calls, and prospectingAssist buyers through all aspects of the home buying process, from contract to closeWorking closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a homeAssist in all aspects of the sales process from contract to closeCollaborating with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is concludedArrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyersSpeak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeProspect for new clients and leads Write ContractsNegotiate ContractsQualifications:High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Must Possess the Following Qualities:Bilingual: English/SpanishPositive attitudeStrong computer skillsDetail OrientedAn organized and strong systems builderTeam PlayerHonest, straightforward, ethicalProblem SolverExcellent phone skillsLogical ThinkerFact and Task-OrientedStrong social skillsStrong communicatorKnowledge and Skills:Active Real Estate LicenseAbility to learn other programs, databases, and websites quicklyQuick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-throughDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential informationSuperior oral and written communication skillsAbout CompanyREVO Real Estate Team, formerly Gamboa Real Estate Group, is a high-performing real estate team in Salt Lake City affiliated with Keller Williams Utah Realtors REVO.
