We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our daycare team. This individual will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of toddlers. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the unique needs of two-year-olds and has a passion for early childhood education.Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that align with developmental milestones for two-year-oldsCreate a warm and positive classroom environment that promotes trust, exploration, and learningEstablish consistent routines and structure to support children’s sense of securityMonitor and document children's progress and behavior, communicating regularly with parents and guardiansMaintain open and professional communication with families, addressing concerns and sharing updatesProvide responsive caregiving, including assisting with potty training, diaper changes, meals, and rest timeEnsure a clean, safe, and organized classroom that complies with licensing regulations and health standardsCollaborate with coworkers and support team efforts across the centerAttend staff meetings, training sessions, and participate in center-wide events and initiativesUphold the center’s values, mission, and policies at all timesQualifications:CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Knowledge of early childhood development, positive discipline, and toddler care best practicesStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs, sit on the floor, and be active with children throughout the dayPreferred Traits:Nurturing, patient, and flexible personalityAbility to work in a team and take initiativeCreative and resourceful in engaging toddlers in learning through playRespectful and inclusive of diverse families and cultural backgroundsIf you are passionate about early childhood education and love working with toddlers, we’d love to hear from youE04JI802kh1l407kt5q
