It's an exciting time at SolutionHealth as we continue to advance our technology platforms.About the Job:The ServiceNow System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, system configuration, user management, platform maintenance, data management, training and documentation, and operational support of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the platform is functioning reliably and efficiently to support IT service management processes across the organization. The Administrator plays a key role in executing ITIL-aligned workflows such as Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management, ensuring that service delivery is consistent and responsive.What You’ll Do:Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability, performance, and availabilitySeek assistance when appropriate in order to resolve technical and/or security issuesSchedules and executes routing maintenance, including updating the system, patches and upgradesManage user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions in accordance with organizational policiesMonitor the number of user accounts and activity of users to identify and resolve any issuesMaintain data integrity across modules including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge ManagementParticipate in and support ITIL-aligned change management cycles, including assessing, testing, and implementing approved changesCoordinate and execute platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes in collaboration with vendors and internal teamsBuild and deploy required components during new implementations or enhancements, including service catalog items, forms, and notificationsSupport integration efforts by configuring connectors and ensuring data flow between ServiceNow and other systemsAnd moreWho You Are: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)Licensure/Certification: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification, RequiredExperience: 3+ years of Service Now administration experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, RequiredStrong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture, RequiredWhy You’ll Love Us:Health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage for full-time & part-time employeesShort-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverageCompetitive payTuition Reimbursement403(b) Retirement Savings PlanAnd Work Shift: M-F 8-5 Remote
