This is an excellent opportunity for the skilled CDC/Executive Chef to showcase their culinary talents by creating memorable cuisine experiences our guests have come to expect. Below are just a couple of great attributes that this position offers and requires: Requirements 3-5 years experience in a high-volume luxury hotel, resort, restaurant or banquet operation with a focus on fine diningAbility to manage a fine dining, high volume kitchenSkilled in training team members on new menu options Completion of a technical culinary education or apprenticeship program; Certificate in Culinary Arts preferredFood service permit or valid health/foodExperience with various cooking methods and proceduresFamiliar with industry best practicesOur CULTURE:The passion of our people is our greatest asset.
