Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.Coordinate event-related communications, such as invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up correspondence.Manage event materials and supplies, including inventory tracking and procurement.Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.Conduct research and gather information to support event planning efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.Assist with post-event activities, such as feedback collection and reporting.
