Our team is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where youth and families can heal and grow.ResponsibilitiesProvide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and familiesDevelop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalitiesMaintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standardsCommunicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizationsApproach your work with a clear theoretical orientationParticipate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ)QualificationsActive New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFTFlexible schedule including evenings and/or weekendsAt least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clientsCommitment to ethical standards and confidentialityBonus PointsExperience with Children’s System of Care (CSOC), Care Management Organizations (CMO), or Mobile Response and Stabilization (MRSS)Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Creole, Korean, or other)Job TypesPart-time/Full-timeBenefitsFlexible scheduleProfessional development assistanceEducationMaster’s degree (required)License/CertificationLCSW, LSW, LPC, or LAC (required)Work Location: In person (in-home/community sessions)Empower U. is an equal opportunity employer.
