Lead Phlebotomist

Join our laboratory team in a leadership-focused Phlebotomist role where you’ll play a key part in training, coordinating, and supporting a team of phlebotomists and processors. This position ensures that specimens are collected accurately and prepared for transport properly. This position interacts with not only phlebotomists but also with other laboratory personnel, physicians, other departments, patients, family members, and other caregivers. This position performs phlebotomy and other specimen collection procedures.
