We're seeking a Senior Systems Administrator II Generalist to maintain secure, high-performance, and highly available IT systems for our government customer. If you excel in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.RESPONSIBILITIESConfigure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows, Linux, and Citrix server environmentsAdminister and monitor cross-domain solutions (CDS) for secure data access and transferDevelop automated scripts and tools to streamline operational efficiencyUse configuration and monitoring tools (e.g., Active Directory, MECM, SolarWinds) to optimize performance and resolve issuesPrepare and evaluate requests for change (RFC) submissionsDocument technical processes, including diagrams, standard operating procedures, and run booksREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of hands-on experience as a systems administrator or systems engineer in enterprise environmentsProven expertise in managing Windows, Linux, and Citrix systemsExperience with cross-domain solutions (e.g., Secureview, Trusted Thin Client, X-ARBITOR, high-speed guard)Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python)Familiarity with security standards (e.g., SRGs, STIGs)Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersActive DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraphCertification: CompTIA Security+ ce, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)Meets Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) System Administrator (451) Intermediate Level requirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with IT technologies such as Cisco, Nutanix, VMware, Splunk, Trellix, Ivanti, ACAS, or Rapid7Knowledge of ServiceNow functionality and integrationUnderstanding of DevSecOps principles and practices in enterprise settings
