Empty trash receptacles as neededClean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washingDuties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.Requirements:General maintenance experienceBasic knowledge of maintenance repair and servicePositive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to work weekends as neededAbility to work weekends as required
