About the team and what we’ll build together We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. This role combines strategic oversight of digital campaign management with meticulous quality assurance for marketing materials. The ideal candidate is technically adept, data-driven, and passionate about ensuring the highest quality marketing experiences for our enterprise-level clients. Experience in creative content and HTML will be considered a plus. How you will make an impact Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to plan, set up, deploy, and monitor loyalty marketing campaigns within marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Airship, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Gather, document, and refine campaign goals and requirements, and lead kick-off meetings to define workstreams, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee multi-channel messaging campaigns, including personalization, segmentation, and A/B/multivariate testing. Proofread digital content to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and conduct QA of digital assets to ensure consistent user experiences across various email clients, browsers, and operating systems Identify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements, developing detailed campaign documentation and client-specific instructions. Manage risk by ensuring timely reviews and approvals, and ensure compliance with tagging, marketing measurement, and performance reporting standards. Communicate project status in daily team meetings and manage daily campaign priorities and resource allocation. Stay updated on industry best practices in marketing technology and quality assurance and identify new technologies or tools that could improve campaign effectiveness or QA processes. What you need to be successful 3+ years of experience in digital campaign management or a similar role 2+ years of QA experience focused on marketing materials HTML and basic CSS; creative design experience Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and personalization solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Workfront Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and performance analytics Familiarity with cross-browser testing on MacOS, iOS, Windows, and Android Familiarity with creative production process Experience with tools like Litmus, Validity, or similar QA platforms Our teammates are at the heart of everything we do Healthy people are happy people, which makes mental and physical health a top priority at Kobie.
