We need someone who can handle preparing food stations, cooking a high volume of food, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed. We need a team player who is ready to work alongside other crew members and has excellent time-management skills. If this describes you, apply todayCompensation:$12 - $16 hourlyResponsibilities:Wash, cut, dice, chop, and slice food items to stock prep stations Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations Use thermometers to check that food has reached an appropriate temperature before serving it Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management Clean equipment and work surfaces at the end of each shift, including sweeping floors, mopping, and cleaning counters Qualifications:Must have excellent time-management skills and be able to prioritize and multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred About CompanyBig Dave’s Cheesesteaks is one of the fastest-growing businesses in Atlanta, Georgia.
