Qualifications Experience Minimum Required 1 to 2 years of experience Education Minimum Required Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or actively matriculating toward Assoc Degree with completion within 2 yrs of hire. Special Skills Minimum Required Possesses traits of creativity, nurturing, and personal warmth.Possesses good communication skills, a willingness to work as a team with co-workers, and an acceptance of and adherence to the Ethical Conduct Code of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.In reference to licensure: CPR and First Aid certification must be attained by end of introductory period.
