Project Manager/Estimator

Job Description: 80k-110k. Depending on Experience. This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill their open position of Project Manager/Estimator. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Project Manager/Estimator with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAPRequirements: Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or EstimatingEducation: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor’s degree preferredXactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferredIICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, MoldCommercial/Residential construction experienceBackground in reconstruction/mitigationHighly-motivated and proactive Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skillsWilling to travel Experience perferred:5+ years using Xactimate2+ years with insurance estimating programs (e.g., XactAnalysis)2+ years of “write and run” experience (estimating, project management, contractor coordination)Prior insurance adjuster background preferredSkills & Traits:Proficient in XactimateStrong multi-tasking and collaboration skillsHighly structured, organized, and disciplinedSelf-motivated — avoids complacency (“snowball effect”)Certifications:IICRC certifications (WRT, FRT) are a bonusExperience can substitute for formal certifications Benefits: 401k & full health benefitsCompany vehicle, cell phone, equipment, company cardCompetitive compensation and commission bonusesPTO and Vacation opportunitiesRoom for growth internally All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
