Selectek is looking for a Structural Engineer to begin working with a great client of ours in the Pittsburgh, PA area immediately. This position is a remote position. This candidate will be responsible for helping develop design concepts, complete the analysis and design, and work with our Designers to get the structural requirements communicated on paper and in the model.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC Must reside and be eligible to work in the United StatesPreferred by Client MS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Professional Engineer License Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures Experience in Semi-conductor industrial or general industrial facilities Experience with STAAD, Navisworks, and BluebeamPay Rate: $40/hr - $57.55/hr
Term: 1+ year contract
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15275
