Occupational Therapist (OTR) Position Summary: The purpose of this Occupational Therapist (OTR) position is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist / OT serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate and actively participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
