02-Dec-2025 Retail Sales Specialist - Home Theater Full time Regular Job Description As a Retail Sales Specialist in our home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demos and make helpful recommendations. We’ll provide the training you need to become an expert on TVs and related products, including specifications, features and benefits.What you’ll doEngage with customers to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goalsStay informed about the latest home theater technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional developmentHandle customer inquiries and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experiencePrioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines and use tools and techniques to manage time effectivelyMaintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customersTrain other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the departmentBasic qualifications1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fieldsPreferred qualifications1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)What’s in it for youWe’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
