The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Quality Supervisors. By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions. Conduct training for production and quality personnel on quality systems and standards. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and maintain accurate quality documentation and records. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and core quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality inspection team. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various measurement equipment. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor training. Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Experience with supplier quality management and development.
