Medical Receptionist/Physical Therapy Technician

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. In this dual role, you will manage front office operations and assist with physical technician duties, ensuring an excellent experience for our patients.Greet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceCoordinate care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswer phones and manage electronic schedulingPerform data entry and verify insurance benefitsMaintain patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollect, post, and deposit patient paymentsHandle administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, and other duties as assignedAssist physical therapists with patient care and administer hot and cold packsMaintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, neat clinic environmentQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent1+ years of previous medical front office experience preferredExcellent telephone skills and proficiency in Word and ExcelExperience with medical software preferredFlexibility with work hours and availabilityAttention to detail with great time management and organizational skillsTeam player attitude with an energetic focus on excellent customer serviceAdditional Information401kMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Family-friendly work environmentInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
