Description About Jamestown HealthCARE and the Jamestown Salish Seasons Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe is expanding its healthcare offerings in the form of a brand new, state-of-the-art Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) Center, named Jamestown Salish Seasons, constructed on the Jamestown Healing Campus. The Clinical Manager role will begin on March 1, 2026, as a full-time position. This start date provides a unique opportunity for the Clinical Manager to engage directly in pre-operational planning, including the completion of Policies and Procedures required for licensure, and to lead the critical recruitment, hiring, and training of the clinical staff they will supervise. This is a unique and exciting opportunity: This facility is the first and only Tribally owned and operated E&T in Washington State. It is classified as a freestanding, 16-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) designed to provide 24/7/365 behavioral health inpatient treatment, including crisis stabilization, diagnosis, medication management, and more. The Center's operational focus is on voluntary treatment as opposed to involuntary, ensuring our treatment offerings are designed from the ground up to provide world-class, recovery-oriented care. We are committed to evidence-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed treatment that honors our mission, values, and standards for quality and safety. The Opportunity Are you a highly experienced and compassionate clinical leader ready to oversee and elevate a specialized behavioral health program? Jamestown HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to provide comprehensive leadership and oversight for all clinical treatment services at the Jamestown Salish Seasons facility. This is a critical role in our 16-bed voluntary residential treatment facility, which provides 24/7/365 crisis stabilization and inpatient behavioral health services. The Clinical Manager is central to ensuring all our programs and interventions are evidence-based, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered. You will play a vital role in our mission to deliver high-quality, integrated care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Program Oversight Oversee the development, implementation, and management of all clinical treatment services and programming for patients. Facilitate regular interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to guide and review each patient’s treatment plan and progress. Ensure that clinical interventions support voluntary engagement, patient choice, and recovery-oriented care. Promote a therapeutic environment that supports stabilization, healing, and culturally informed practices. Staff Leadership and Supervision Provide direct supervision and mentorship to mental health professionals, recreational therapists, traditional healer(s), and other assigned staff. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training clinical staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff growth and accountability. Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work culture that values teamwork, continuous learning, and trauma-informed care. Quality and Compliance Oversight Develop, implement, and monitor quality control measures for all clinical programs and services. Ensure all clinical operations comply with applicable federal, state, and Tribal regulations, including RCW 71.24, WAC 246-337, 42 CFR Part 2, and HIPAA. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the facility’s Quality Management Plan and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements. Operational and Interdisciplinary Collaboration Collaborate with the Executive Director, Operations Manager, and Medical Director to align clinical operations with facility-wide goals, policies, and budget priorities. Participate in policy and procedure development related to clinical services, patient care standards, and crisis stabilization. Promote and maintain a culture of safety, accountability, and quality improvement across disciplines. Participate in staff meetings, incident reviews, and clinical consultations as requested. Cultural Competence Collaborate with Tribal representatives to integrate Tribal culture and values into clinical programming, orientation, and training. Demonstrate cultural humility and awareness when working with American Indian/Alaska Native patients and families. Promote staff understanding of the social and cultural contexts of the populations served. Administrative Duties Provide input on clinical budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation. Maintain compliance with Jamestown HealthCARE policies and procedures, including standards for safety, infection control, and confidentiality.
