Tax Manager – CPA | Fully Remote | Boutique UHNW Firm Our client, a boutique public accounting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual (1040), corporate (1120/1120S), partnership (1065), trust (1041), and nonprofit (990) filings. Oversee multiple client engagements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables. Train, mentor, and review work of staff and senior tax professionals. Conduct research on complex tax issues and develop planning strategies for clients. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Qualifications Active CPA license (highly preferred). 7+ years of public accounting experience in tax preparation and review. Strong technical knowledge of individual, business, trust, and nonprofit tax forms. Experience managing client relationships and mentoring team members. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
