Posting Summary The successful applicant will provide teaching assistance to support instructional activities within the ACEND accredited dietetic internship program. In this position, the applicant will assist faculty in delivering course content, grading assignments, and providing student feedback as well as providing support for curriculum alignment with accreditation standards and documentation requirements. Mentor and guide dietetic interns, addressing questions and facilitating learning experiences. Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain instructional quality and program integrity. Position Status Part Time Posting Number 25FA0553 Posting Open Date 05/20/2025 Posting Close Date Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience The successful candidate for this position will have a master’s degree or higher in nutritional sciences or related field, be a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, and have at least 5-10 years professional experience as a dietitian. Prior experience in nutrition and dietetic education or internship programs preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with accreditation processes is a plus.
