Civil ParalegalPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Civil Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys in civil litigation and contract-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil law and trial procedures, as well as hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial.Draft, review, and organize contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case strategies and filings.Manage and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders.Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors.Prepare and file documents with state and federal courts (both electronically and in-person).Track case deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements to ensure timely submissions.Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing evidence, witness lists, and courtroom exhibits.Review and summarize depositions, discovery responses, and other key documents.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm and court policies.$60,000 - $75,000 a yearCompensation details: 60000-75000 Yearly SalaryPIc84b2e7272f6-30511-38774527
