The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying ML models, preferably in a risk-related or financial services environment.This role will support data-driven decision-making processes and help deliver innovative AI/ML solutions in a collaborative and high-performance team setting. Develop, validate, and implement machine learning and statistical models.Work with large-scale datasets to extract actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and risk teams.Analyze and interpret the results of model performance and deliver recommendations.Stay current with emerging trends and tools in AI/ML and model risk management.Must-Have Skills:7+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field.Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and ML development.Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytical tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Good to Have:Experience in Model Risk Development related to ML or LLMs (Large Language Models).Financial services or risk modeling background.Candidate Requirements:Local to or willing to commute to Pennington, NJ.W2 candidates only – no third-party or C2C engagements.Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.TopTech Talent is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
