We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineering Technician to support engineering and manufacturing activities through product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and test system maintenance. If you enjoy working with electronics, solving problems, and ensuring product reliability, this role offers the opportunity to directly influence product quality and support the development of cutting-edge vehicle technology. What You’ll Do Perform functional testing and verification of electronic products using oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and related lab equipment Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing product validation tests to ensure quality and standard compliance Operate, maintain, calibrate, and assist with minor repairs to test equipment Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and circuits — occasionally performing rework/soldering when needed Maintain and repair wiring harnesses used in validation and manufacturing; support documentation for new test builds Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Procurement, and Quality teams Contribute to process and equipment improvements that enhance reliability and throughput Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, quality requirements, and safety practices Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on testing efficiency, capability, and methodology What You Bring Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related technical discipline – years of experience as an electronics/electrical technician in a manufacturing or product development environment Strong hands-on skills in electronic testing, troubleshooting, and component diagnosis Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and standard electronic test tools Clear communication — verbal, written, and cross-functional Desire to deliver results and take ownership of work quality and deadlines Team-oriented mindset with the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities Quality-related certifications or training are a plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: (k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance LI-KE
