Attention to detail is a must, which is why a candidate who is a good fit will include their favorite color in their answer for the "anything else we should know?" question on the application.Mass FX Media is seeking an Executive Producer, Head of Business Development to lead revenue growth, client partnerships, and strategic expansion across our commercial, brand, and entertainment focus. This role drives the company’s sales engine, nurtures client relationships, and turns creative opportunities into sustainable business. The Executive Producer will stay connected with clients throughout the production process—and well beyond.Core Responsibilities Business Growth & Sales Strategy Lead new business development efforts and define strategies to reach revenue goalsBuild and manage a “sales-keeping” systemIdentify high-value clients and partnerships aligned with Mass FX Media’s strengthsStay informed on market trends and competitive positioning Client Relationships & Account Growth Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients—maintaining trust, visibility, and long-term partnershipsCreate bids and oversee pitches and proposals in collaboration with the Creative Director and ProducerNegotiate client contracts and ensure profitable deal structuresTravel regularly (every 1–2 months) for client meetings, events, and industry networking Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with the CEO and ownership team to execute the company’s growth vision and pursue new revenue streams, including original IP opportunitiesSupport the producing and creative teams in aligning resources with sales goalsEmpower the team through clear communication, accountability, and follow-through Financial & Strategic OversightMonitor sales performance, profitability, and client retentionParticipate in key financial reviews and forecasting meetingsEnsure seamless project handoff from sales to productionRequirementsQualificationsProven experience leading business development or executive production in post-production, agency, commercial, or creative studiosDeep understanding of production and post workflowsStrong negotiation, leadership, and communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and client service orientationWillingness to travel and attend after-hours client events as needed Performance Indicators Revenue growth and client retention targets met or exceededClear, measurable business development processes in placeStrong client satisfaction and repeat businessContinuous improvement of the sales and marketing system Work EnvironmentIn-office Monday–Friday; flexible remote work as neededTravel required (every 1–2 months)Reports directly to Co-Owners: CEO and Executive Creative Director Equipment/Software UsedApple/mac workstation.
