Accounts Receivable SpecialistUnited Trades of America is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. Position will be for a Brandon, MS based construction company. This position reports to the Office Manager and is an integral part of the team. Below is a partial listing of the responsibilities and tasks of this position.Location: Brandon, MSSchedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to FridayPay rate: up to $25 based upon experienceJob Duties:1. Resolving customer issues to minimize payment disputes and AR adjustments2. Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues3. Generating periodic aging reports4. Daily invoicing and other Duties as required: This position requires a knowledge of general accounting principles and proficiency in standard accounting principles and standard accounting software including MS Office Excel.Experience:1. Accounts receivable: 3 years (Required)2. Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) A must3.
