GSR Duties:Answers phones and takes orders.Greets and thanks Guests.Takes orders for walk-in Guests.Gets drinks for orders (if applicable).Rings all orders into POS System.Performs prep work.Helps where needed.Keeps counters and Guest area clean.Handles Guest complaints, order concerns, and other requests quickly and in a friendly, positive, and non-confrontational mannerHelps where needed.
