District Manager – Dunkin' Donuts   We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Dunkin’ locations across South Florida. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for empowering teams, growing the business, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the high standards Dunkin’ is known for.   If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in multi-unit operations, we’d love to hear from you.   What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or retail preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A hands-on leader who leads by example Passion for great coffee, great people, and great service Willingness to travel throughout your assigned district Why Join Us: Competitive pay + bonus opportunities Career growth with a supportive franchise group Work with a brand you (and everyone else) already loves Health benefits, PTO, and more What You'll Be Doing: Oversee daily operations for 6–10 Dunkin’ locations Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, food safety, and team morale Ensure stores meet all brand, safety, and quality standards Lead and execute new product rollouts, marketing promotions, and seasonal updates Recruit, hire, and retain store-level leadership (GMs, Assistant Managers) Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and high energy Monitor and manage P&L performance for each store Analyze sales, labor, and cost data to identify opportunities and challenges Implement action plans to improve profitability, sales growth, and cost control Ensure stores meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals Handle guest concerns and complaints in partnership with store managers Represent the brand in the local community and encourage local store marketing efforts IF Applicable Pay Transparency Range:
