Shannon Ahrens Agency, an independent agency with American Family Insurance, is looking for a Sales and Service Representative to join our team in Beloit, WI   Company Overview Shannon Ahrens Agency is a local insurance agency that proudly represents American Family Insurance. We are dedicated to assisting both personal and commercial clients in purchasing and maintaining insurance policies that effectively cover their financial risks.  About the Role As our Sales and Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses on top of a competitive wage.   What You’ll Do: ✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs ✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales ✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests   What We’re Looking For: ✔ Licensed in Property, Casualty & Life in the State of Wisconsin ✔ Customer Service with Sales Experience (insurance experience preferred but not required) ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset ✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems ✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude   What We Offer: ⭐ Competitive starting pay: $22 per hour + commission and bonuses, based on experience ⭐ Full-time, stable position with earning potential ⭐ Paid training and ongoing professional development ⭐ Supportive and friendly work environment ⭐ Opportunity to grow within the insurance industry  If you’re a motivated professional who enjoys working with people and achieving sales goals, we’d love to hear from you  Join the Shannon Ahrens Agency and build a rewarding career in the insurance industry  This position is an Agency Team Member working for the Agency Owner and is not an employee of American Family Insurance.
