Gel Prep OperatorPosition SummaryWork Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM EST, operating on a two-week cycle. Week 1 includes Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 includes Wednesday and Thursday.100% on-site role in St. Petersburg, FLJoin Catalent’s flagship softgel development and manufacturing facility in North America, located in St. Petersburg, FL, with a capacity of 18 billion capsules per year. Your work will directly impact patient lives.As a Gel Prep Operator, you will contribute to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical softgels, gaining hands-on experience with multiple technologies and equipment. You’ll also collaborate with the on-site Product Development team to support new product innovations.The RoleWeighs and mixes raw materials according to batch record instructions to produce gelatin for encapsulation, supporting the shop floor schedule.
